LLP Annual Return - LLP Form 11 Filing
A Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) combines the flexibility of a partnership with the advantages of limited liability. As per the LLP Act, 2008, every LLP registered in India must file its Annual Return (Form 11) with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), regardless of business activity during the year. Filing ensures transparency, compliance, and avoidance of penalties.
At Taxation Point India, our experts help LLPs file their annual return using Form 11 efficiently and accurately. Stay compliant and avoid penalties with our professional filing support.
