• Once work has started, filing has been initiated, or documents have been submitted to authorities, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
• To request cancellation, customers must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

3. Refund Policy

• If a service is cancelled before initiation, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable administrative or payment gateway charges.
• No refund will be issued once the service has been initiated, documents reviewed, or filings submitted.
• Government fees, statutory charges, and third-party payments are non-refundable.
• Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by incomplete information or non-cooperation from the client.

4. Duplicate or Excess Payments

In case of duplicate or excess payment made by the customer, the excess amount will be refunded after verification, within the stipulated refund timeline.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment. Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
