Taxation Point India provides professional services including taxation, compliance, registration, and consultancy services. Due to the nature of these services, once initiated, they may not always be eligible for cancellation or refund.
In case of duplicate or excess payment made by the customer, the excess amount will be refunded after verification, within the stipulated refund timeline.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment. Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
If a refund request arises due to an error on our part, we will review the case and, where applicable, issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
