Disclaimer: Taxation Point India is a private consultancy firm and not affiliated with any government department. Government fees and statutory charges are payable separately by clients.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information.
• Ensure timely submission of documents.
• Cooperate with our team during the service process.
• Accept responsibility for issues caused by incorrect or delayed data.

5. Fees, Payments & Refunds

• Professional Fees: Communicated before service starts.
• Statutory Fees: Payable separately by client.
• Non-Refundable Policy: Professional fees are non-refundable once work begins.
• Refund Requests: Must be raised within 7 working days.

6. Confidentiality & Data Security

We maintain strict confidentiality of client data and employ standard security practices. However, we cannot guarantee absolute protection from cyber risks. Data will only be shared where required by law or to complete the requested service.

7. Website Usage

• No illegal or fraudulent use of the Website.
• No disruption, hacking, or misuse of systems.

We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms. Clients may discontinue at any time; however, fees are non-refundable for ongoing services.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective immediately once published on this Website.
