Overview of LLP Registration
A Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is a business structure that combines the benefits of a partnership firm with the advantages of limited liability. Governed by the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, an LLP is a separate legal entity where the liability of each partner is limited to their agreed contribution.
LLP registration is an ideal option for startups, professionals, and small businesses seeking operational flexibility with minimal compliance requirements. It offers perpetual succession, allowing the LLP to continue its existence irrespective of changes in partners.
